We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 delivered within the United States.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same day.
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Delivery Timeframe
Shipping time varies based on product. We strive to process your order within 1-2 business days. Many orders will arrive within 7 days of shipment date. However, some products require more time to ship, sometimes up to two weeks. Details regarding shipping length on specific products can be found on those product description pages. Please allow 1-14 business days for your product to arrive after processing, especially for larger products. This means that total processing time plus shipping can take from 2-16 days.
Shipping Method
Orders are typically delivered via third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. If your order requires freight shipping, we’ll contact you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your phone number is accurate at checkout.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your items are shipped (within 1–2 business days), a second email will be sent containing tracking information so you can follow your order's journey.
